普拉提運動(共50分鐘):由@pulse_wellnessclub帶領的高強度低阻力訓練,挑戰全身肌肉,釋放你的潛能!
手沖咖啡體驗(共60分鐘):
• 咖啡豆介紹:探索不同產地咖啡豆的特性及其對風味的影響。
• 器材認識:熟悉手沖工具(如濾杯、濾紙、細嘴壺)及使用方法。
• 沖煮技巧:掌握水溫、注水速度與攪拌技巧。
• 特別講解:在@cung1cung1zi2_coffee導師指導下,了解沖煮冰凍手沖的特別技巧。
• 咖啡品鑑(15分鐘):學習辨別酸度、甜度、苦味及餘韻,比較不同沖煮參數的風味,並與導師和其他學員分享心得。

Workshop Details:
Pilates Session (50 minutes):
Led by @pulse_wellnessclub, this high-intensity, low-impact training will challenge your full body and unlock your potential!
Pour-Over Coffee Experience (Total 60 minutes):
• Coffee Bean Introduction: Explore the characteristics of beans from different origins and their impact on flavor.
• Equipment Overview: Get familiar with pour-over tools (e.g., dripper, filter paper, gooseneck kettle) and their usage.
• Brewing Techniques: Master water temperature, pouring speed, and stirring methods.
• Special Focus: Learn unique techniques for brewing iced pour-over coffee under the guidance of @cung1cung1zi2_coffee.
• Sensory Session (15 minutes): Discover how to identify acidity, sweetness, bitterness, and aftertaste, compare flavors from different brewing parameters, and share insights with the instructor and fellow participants.
